With over a decade of experience in human resources and business operations, Rachelle specializes in HRIS project management (including UKG Ready, iCIMS, and ADP Workforce), policy and SOP development, and the design of custom training programs that deliver measurable outcomes. She has supported multi-site organizations through complex system transitions, compliance updates, and change management initiatives.
